How long does the review take?

About two weeks, though we always try to complete it sooner. Please note we can’t accept reviews requested less than 14 days before your appointment.

Do you guarantee that my visa will be approved?

No one can guarantee an approval, but our expert reviews consistently help clients strengthen their applications and increase their chances of success.

What documents should I upload?

We will send you a list of documents that are related to the specific visa and consulate you are applying at.  These may include  your financial proof, lease or property deed, insurance, passport, and any supporting documents. We’ll send clear instructions once you book.

Who is the Visa Review best for?

It’s ideal for anyone preparing their own visa application but wanting an expert check before submitting. Whether you’re confident in your paperwork or just need reassurance, this review helps you avoid mistakes and delays.

Will you tell me exactly what to fix?

Yes. You’ll get a written report outlining what’s strong, what needs improvement, and how to adjust or reorganize your documents to meet your consulate’s standards.

What if you determine that I don’t qualify? Can I get my money back?

The Visa Review is a professional assessment of your documents and eligibility based on the information you provide. If we find that you don’t currently meet the consulate’s requirements, you’ll still receive a full written report explaining why and outlining the exact steps to take to become eligible. Because the review is a completed professional service, it isn’t refundable — but you’ll walk away with clear guidance on what to fix and how to move forward successfully.

Does the review include a private consultation?

Yes. If you’d like to discuss your results in detail, you can add a private one-on-one consultation with one of our visa experts. During the session, we’ll walk through your report, answer your questions, and give you tailored guidance on how to strengthen your application. You can add the consultation when booking your review for an additional fee.

Can you prepare my visa application for me?

Absolutely. Many clients start with a review, then upgrade to full service once they’re ready. If you do, we’ll credit part of your review fee toward your full visa package.

Can I ask questions after the review?

Yes. If you have quick clarification questions about your written report, you can reply directly to the email and our team will happily clarify. If you’d like to go deeper, ask new questions, or review updated documents, you can book a private consultation to get personalized guidance and next steps.

Not Included:

When should I start the review?

The ideal time to book your review is when you’ve gathered most of your required documents — typically about 2–3 months before you plan to apply for your visa. If you don’t yet have a property or lease in Italy, that’s perfectly fine. We can still complete your review, assess the rest of your file, and give you clear guidance on what to prepare or secure next.
