Provider charges and the bills themselves are separate from our service fee.
When you have full possession of the property. We cannot start moving the accounts or changing the bills until your lease begins.
No. When one tenant leaves and another arrives, the electricity and other utilities are usually left on, and we make an adjustment from your date of possession. You do not need to worry about setting it up in advance.
We can check availability and order it for you, but a technician has to visit the property, so you need to be there in person on the day. Plan your internet for when you actually arrive. Our service does not include attending the installation in person.
