What We Need
We are looking for a Social Media Specialist to attract and interact with our highly engaged and growing audience across several platforms.   

This is a remote/flex position where you will be responsible for executing social strategy and driving engagement across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TickTok and more. This role will focus on managing daily social content, supporting community growth and engagement, and creating campaigns that drive engagement and awareness.  


Who You Are / What You'll Do
The Social Media Specialist should have a solid understanding of how each social media channel works and how to optimize content so that it is engaging on those channels.

You will connect and work closely with several teams within Smart Move Italy including writers, photographers, business development, customer service and sales.   You should have a deep knowledge of social media and have a previous experience in an agency or a company in the travel sector or been to, live in or just LOVE Italy! 

Specifically, you will be responsible to:

-  Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification

-  Generate, edit, publish and share daily content that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
-  Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules
-  Make connections and build relationships with other Influencers for cross promotion opportunities
- Continuously monitor and analyze what is working and what isn't and make the appropriate adjustments 
-  Collaborate with other departments  to identify key needs of our audience and coordinate actions


Requirements for this role:

-  Proven working experience in social media marketing (at least 2 years)
-  Excellent writing and communication skills (English mother tongue) 
-  Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks based on their urgency and importance
- Knowledge and passion for the most popular social platforms
- Knowledge of other influencers in this category
- Flexible, creative and proactive
- Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking ability

Content Creator

What We Need
This position’s primary focus is to create engaging, informative and useful digital content for our Masterclass series. The Content Manager will create (research, write, edit and produce) Masterclasses for our membership experience as well as content marketing materials.

The number one goal of every Masterclass is to turn our members’ and potential members’ biggest challenges and obstacles into actionable solutions that will help reduce fear and help them fulfill their goals.   

Who You Are / What You'll Do
You will create individual recorded Masterclasses that cover a variety of subjects.  They will always Social Media Manager should have a solid understanding of how each social media channel works and how to optimize content so that it is engaging on those channels.

You should have a deep knowledge of creating videos and producing content for educational purposes.  

Specifically, you will be responsible to:

-  Brainstorming topics and expert guests for potential Masterclass subjects to the team for approval
-  Create outline of learning outcomes and production
-  Organize all aspects of the Masterclass including presentation, outline, objectives and video
-  Produce, edit and deliver complete Masterclass Video or Audio (between 30 – 45 minutes in length)
-  Creating additional training materials and guides to support the Masterclass subject to further enhance learning and engagement
-  Working within our brand voice to build out additional assets such as social posts, captions and promotion scripts


Requirements for this role:

The ideal candidate possesses the following strengths and skills:

-  A strong understanding of the importance of high-quality digital and all the steps involved in the creation process
-  Self-motivated and excited at the creation process and have many ideas to offer and implement
-  Exceptional video editing skills and can produce a well balance, engaging final presentation
-  You understand the power of a good story and you are a master at asking the right questions of the right people     to bring that story to life
-  Has experience with the Italian lifestyle and problems foreigners face when making the move or living in Italy
-  Have ideas that will help solve problems, but also be fun, engaging and entertaining.
-  You can adapt well to quick turnaround and work well under pressure


This role is best suited for a freelance content creator and is paid per completed Masterclass. Masterclass assignment and can be completed from any location.

Smart Move Italy Property is a fully licensed estate agency based in Florence, Italy.  We are a buyers /renters agency and help foreigners buy and rent properties safely across Italy.  We provide a very personal service with all of our clients, and assist them throughout the process. 


What We Need
We are a very busy real estate company and are always on the look out for dynamic, property consultants that know the Italian market and are eager to work with International clients.   

This is a part to full-time position that is very fast paced, creative and highly customer centered.   You will be responsible for managing all new clients (rentals and/or sales) in property searching, organizing appointments, liaise with the client, agents and other specialists.  This role is very team-focused and you will be expected to manage a full client roster of your own, as well as collaborate with other consultants when case load increases.


Who You Are / What You'll Do
You are an experienced sales professional, customer centered and are energized by working in a fast paced environment.  You are a planner, well organized and are a serious problem-solver.   You will have experience in the Italian property sector and have a clear understanding of the procedure for buying and renting in Italy.

You will connect and work closely with several teams within Smart Move Italy and Smart Move Italy Property, including marketing, sales, visa services and business management.   You should have a deep knowledge of Italian geography and be willing and open to learning new concepts and ideas.



Requirements for this role:

-  Proven customer service/sales experience
-  Excellent writing and communication skills (Fluent Italian and High Level English) 
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks based on their urgency and importance
- Knowledge and passion for property in Italy
- Knowledge of Italian geography 
- Flexible, creative and proactive
- Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking ability

Applicants must possess an EU work visa to be considered.
Position is commission based with well above average commission structure
