What We Need: We are excited to welcome a Junior Business Development Position to our busy agency. This role is essential for spearheading growth, forging new partnerships, and driving and supporting sales within our Property division.

Who You Are / What You'll Do: As a proactive member of our real estate team, you will play a key role in the growth and expansion of our property division by developing strategies and programs to promote and support Smart Move Italy Property.

Your Key Responsibilities Include:

Market Research:

• Conduct in-depth market research to pinpoint potential clients and partners.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic planning.

Lead Generation:

• Develop relationships with potential individual and corporate clients.
• Collaborate with our social media team to maximize outreach and create effective lead magnets.

Sales Outreach:

• Drive sales initiatives to convert leads into valued clients.
• Conduct consultative calls to assist clients in understanding the value of our services.

Client Engagement:

• Work alongside relocation experts to tailor sales approaches based on client needs.
• Clearly communicate the unique benefits of our services.

Sales Reporting and Analysis: Regularly report on sales activities and outcomes.


What You Bring:

• Proven experience in business development and sales ideally with experience of the Italian property market
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with both team members and clients.
• Experience in sales
• Knowledge of Italian real estate operations, compliance, and transaction processes is highly desirable.
• Fluent in English (mother language or equal) Italian  fluency a bonus
