What We Need: We are excited to welcome a Junior Business Development and Agent Coordinator to our busy agency. This role is essential for spearheading growth, forging new partnerships, and driving and supporting sales within our Property division.

Who You Are / What You'll Do: As a proactive member of our real estate team, you will play a key role in the growth and expansion of our property division by developing strategies and programs to promote and support Smart Move Italy Property.

Your Key Responsibilities Include:

Market Research:
  • Conduct in-depth market research to pinpoint potential clients and partners.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic planning.

Lead Generation:
  • Develop relationships with potential individual and corporate clients.
  • Collaborate with our social media team to maximize outreach and create effective lead magnets.

Sales Outreach:
  • Drive sales initiatives to convert leads into valued clients.
  • Conduct consultative calls to assist clients in understanding the value of our services.

Client Engagement:
  • Work alongside relocation experts to tailor sales approaches based on client needs.
  • Clearly communicate the unique benefits of our services.

Agent Support
  • Assist in the on boarding and training process of new agents
  • Provide direct support to real estate agents by assisting with scheduling, client communication, and document management.

Sales Reporting and Analysis: Regularly report on sales activities and outcomes.
Analyze performance data to continuously refine our sales strategies.

What You Bring:
  • Proven experience in business development, and office management, ideally within a real estate or related business environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with both team members and clients.
  • Experience in marketing
  • Knowledge of Italian real estate operations, compliance, and transaction processes is highly desirable.
  • Fluent in English and Italian
  • Leadership qualities with the ability to manage and inspire a team.

Position Details:

Applicants must be based and legally able to work in Italy.  (this position does not provide for a Visa)
This is a remote, commission-based role with a generous commission structure.
